usta 1.5saat sorunu anlamaya çalıştı hakkını yemiyim ama sonuç olarak sorunu bulamadı ve cozulemedi sorun. hala sıfır noktasındayım. bir de ses dinleme cihazın ücreti önden alındı.cihaz kullanılması hiçbir işe yaramadı çünkü sorunun kaynağını bulamadı. yani yesisat ustası da bulamayacaksa ben ne yapayım bilmiyorum. çok memnun kalmadım boşu boşuna da para ödedim.

Mutfak bataryası demontajı-montajı için hizmet aldık. Bataryanın monte edileceği alan çok dar ve montaj için zorlayıcı olmasına rağmen gelen usta titizlikle montajı tamamladı. Müşteri temsilcisi işlem sonrasında arayıp memnum kalıp kalmadığımızı teyit etti. İlk kullanışımızdı, şu ana kadar hem uygulamadan hem de ustamızdan gayet memnun kaldık. Tekrar kullanacağım bir uygulama.

Usta seçtiğim zaman aralığında, önceden haber vererek geldi. Hızlı ve temiz çalıştı. İşlerim aksamadan, benim için çok kritik bir sorun pratik bir şekilde çözülmüş oldu. Parça değişimi gerektiği için ek bir maliyet çıktı ama usta detaylı bir şekilde izah ettiği için bu konuda da bir soru işaretim olmadı. Teşekkürler.
